This episode marks a new phase of the show with the introduction of a co-host! But first, I play the nice song Tony and Maggot Brain, aka God, from Conversations with God Podcast made for me upon becoming a patron (again)

The unveiling the co-host follows. And he is…Lyman Smith! A Facebook friend and fiance of my friend Natalie Newell, I finally got to meet him at the American Atheists Conference in Cincinnati, which was in April of 2019. He is incredibly intelligent, empathetic, and funny, as well as like some sort of hacker guy. We had a mostly rambling discussion about our beers and current events, including the current Turkey invasion of Syria debacle; Trump being an idiot in general; Ellen DeGeneres buddying up with Dubya; grown men being scared of Greta Thunberg; crazy cats; and so much more. Don’t forget if you have a suggestion for the name of the podcast to tweet the show using the hashtag #TPPPNewName, despite it being derided and mocked by a specific listener. I am really excited about this new direction, and I’m ecstatic to have Lyman on board. I hope you agree.
